As mentioned earlier the menu that said Mobile Network Is grayed out and cannot be selected
Or more like it is disabled and cannot be selected

Could you please go to Settings>About machine and provide the following version information:
1.A clear photo of the stereo's Built Number.
2.A clear photo of the stereo's MCU version.

Which Sim cards are you using? The unit also suppots T-mobile and AT&T.

If it is still not luck,please try to update the MCU to 4.12b:

@Support Dasaita I did the update the mobile network is still grayed out and cannot be selected and the unit shows that sim slot 1 and sim slot 2 is not available could this be a hardware issue
