H@Support Dasaita how am I supposed to do that when as I mentioned the MOBILE NETWORK IS DISABLED AND CAN NOT BE SELECTED so why are we keep going around in circles
The simcard is inserted correctly and the carrier is tmobile the mobile network menu is still disabled and I am asking if I can get the unit replaced

@Support Dasaita since there seems to be no solution can I get the unit replaced
@Support Dasaita I did the update the mobile network is still grayed out and cannot be selected and the unit shows that sim slot 1 and sim slot 2 is not available could this be a hardware issue
