I'm getting an error that restarts the Scout launcher when Bluetooth is connected.

    I have a couple of questions about my car stereo:

    1. Bluetooth Connectivity Issue:

    When I connect my phone via Bluetooth, the Scout launcher constantly restarts. This makes it impossible to use Android Auto, as it keeps kicking me out of the app. Music playback is also interrupted, among other issues. If I don't use Bluetooth, the Scout launcher works fine, and I can listen to music and use other apps without any problems.

    Any ideas on how to fix this?

    1. Vivid, Max, and Scout - What's the Difference?

    Could someone explain the differences between Vivid, Max, and Scout? I'd also like to know if I have the latest version of Scout and if an update might resolve the Bluetooth issue I'm experiencing.

    Vivid, Max, and Scout are different for the OS .

    Please try to update this firmware (Vivid11(20240416)):

    1.Download the file via this link on computer.

    2.Copy it to the USB driver

    3.Please note to choose wipe the data when you udpate.

     


  • I have the same problem, only I can't play any music from Android Auto. The music tries to play and then automatically pauses.

    Google Maps voice guidance works without problems. The problem is with Spotify from Android Auto.

    And the Scout launcher fails, it restarts every few moments when I have bluetooth connected to the player.

    I already installed a new MCU and I see that everything remains exactly the same.

    Could the problem be the launcher?
