@Support Dasaita il problema c'è sia con microfono esterno collegato e sia con microfono esterno scollegato.
Io credo che entrambi i microfoni lavorano insieme. Sono entrambi attivi

Hello, I had to remove the 13.3 screen to make some connections behind the double din. After putting things back together the screen does not respond touch. I pressed the reset but still no response. Any idea what I need to do? My unit is the vivid 10 universal 13.3PX6 4g+64g
Also, are there updates for this unit? I purchased in in 2022.

@Support Dasaita Yes, thank you! The mouse worked but I had to do a factory hard reset. All is well now! Are there any updates for this unit? I've had it nearly 3 years, I haven't done any updates at all.
