I have bought a second hand car with your brand head unit in it.
The device does not work properly. It starts and hangs on the VW logo.
I am unable to identify the device model and find the appropriate software for repair. The car in which the device is installed is a VW Touran 2016 I removed the device and found these stickers on it.

Hello.
Regarding to your issue, we suggest that you can firstly try to press and hold the RST button by pin for 15 seconds to enter the factory setting interface to do the factory reset.

Thank you for your interest in my problem.
I have tried to use the RST button many times. Unfortunately, each time without the expected result. When pressing the RST button, the buttons flash but at the end the device does not go to the factory setting interface.The Multi-Media on vehicle Navigation System logo pops up Then the Volkswagen logo and it stays that way. I will also add that when you switch on reverse, the reversing camera turns on.
I disconnected the device from the power supply for the whole night - This did not help either

Please try to remove all cables and then reconnect again, make sure no loose situation.
If it doesn't work, please record a video about your whole RST operation then send it to our mail.
So that we can forward it to our technician for further advice.
