Problem with USB connection between Dasaita G13 and my Toyota CH-R 2019

    I'm contacting you because after trying to connect my Dasaita to my toyota CHR I can't get it to work.
     
    I'm stuck with the USB connector that I can't connect. As you can see in the photo below, I don't have a cable connected to slot 6 in your picture on my original device.

    Here are some photos of the connections on my Toyota (see pictures B and C).

    I don't have a cable connected to slot 6 in your picture.
     
    Once I've finished connecting all the cables, I'm left with 3 cables from my car that I can't connect to the Dasaita's USB adapter (see pictures D and E).

    At the same time, I still have one cable unconnected from the Dasaita (see picture F).

    Which USB cable should I connect? Is it the grey one or the black one (see pictures G and H)?

    I don't know what to do and need your help, I’m lost.

    Thanks for your message.

    For you information, our standard combo includes 2 * USB adapter to connect original USB of some Toyota vehicles.
    If your original USB cannot connect to our USB adapter, we suggest you can use our single/dual USB cable directly.
    Besides, our cable is integrated one, please ignore the extra unconnected cable.
