Control Settings Not Working

  Hi. I recently bought a Dasaita G13 from your website for my 2019 Toyota Rav4. I am unable to change any of the control settings in the control settings app. It is all grayed out and cannot make any changes. Can you please let me know how can I fix this issue? Everything else works perfectly except for the control settings. Thank you.
