Before i updated my g13 unit to the latest update, the microphone was working fine. but after the update the people i talk to say i sound far away. i went into mic settings under factory settings and turned up the number up to 8 since it was at 0 but that didnt work. thoughts?

Could you please go to Settings>About machine and provide the following version information:
1.A clear photo of the stereo's Built Number.
2.A clear photo of the stereo's MCU version.
