I just bought a tundra that has one of these head units installed. I thought at first the rear speakers were not working but when I put my ear to the door, they are working just the volume is so low only in the rear. I have adjusted everything I can find to balance the speakers with the front.

Please try to find a pin, press and hold the RST button for 15 seconds to see if you can enter the factory setup page, if you can, select factory reset and reboot the unit;
NOTE: Make sure you press the RST button vertically and firmly, you should feel a slight press, or even hear a faint click.
Please also provide a picture of Settings>About machine>Build number &MCU.
