Good after noon
recently i updated the software to ( QCM6125 13 S10A_123eng.hct.20241121.131507 NA) and Also update the MCU to (V4.15a_1)
Why==> because
the internal Mic. and External Mic. have very poor quality ( can not depend on in my calls over apple carplay)
music not working in apple car play after reciving any call ( i have to switch off apple care play and switch back on to play music again)
after the update
the sound totaly not working (radio, apple care play, music from the internal storage, system sound)
reverse camera not working ( Yelow triangle)
please advice what to do?

After checking,we found that your order is G12 unit, MCU 4.15a is for the G13 unit.
Please try to update the correct MCU as below link:

I update the MCU as recommended by you, sound and rear-view camera returned back as before
still the internal mic quality is very poor and cannot rely on it in apple car paly or the normal Bluetooth, it is a critical problem for me, since this is reason number one why i replace the old unite, to have a phone calls over the new unite without using the phone itself, I am very disappointed that i bought high edge quality unite and still cannot receive calls hand free.
still apply car play muted after receiving a phone call, still I have to go to setting ==> car==> apply car play ==> switch off, then switch on, then the apply car play music sound restored

I just recently purchased and installed the QCM6125, order #SP-DA6825, (See attachment)
Build number: QCM6125 13 S10A_123eng.hct20241022.090634NA
MCU Version: V4.15a_1
I have no sound at all. No music, Radio, No system sounds.
I was hoping that it was a software issue.

@Support Dasaita Hi I just recently install a G13 into my 14 Tundra but the sound only comes from my rear doors. I got with support but they said I need a MCU 4.15f update I guess but I don't know where to get it or how to use it any help on this. Thanks
