I have very low sound coming from backdoor speakers and tailgate speakers.
It was stock radio for Toyota made by Panasonic (non JBL). This is way to expensive radio to have these types of problems. Please help or I will be sending this radio back. Please see attached picture of build.
Maybe something is wired incorrect or I didn't get all the wires. Since so directions on wiring were included with my radio I could be missing something. Please help ASAP because I don't want to send the unit back.

Regarding to your issue, please firstly check if you have connected the wiring properly.

Besides, please try to go "Amplifier App > Volume" page to adjust "REAR" to see how it goes and confirm that you didn't mute it.

Yes, I make sure that I didn't Mute the Read speakers. It was bought on Amazon on 27Jan2025. The rear speakers have never worked right. This is a daily driver and I will be checking the wires this weekend. If it does fix the problem I will be return the item. I only have until 26Feb2025 to return.

Tips:
1.
Download above update file via your computer/laptop.
2.
Format USB drive to FAT32 Format.
3.
Copy the file “update.zip”&“hmcu.img” to the root directory of USB drive.
4.
Insert USB drive into the unit via USB cable;
then it will pop up automatically a window of update.
Alternatively, please manually go "Settings > System > System updates/MCU updates" to start the update.
***NOTE:
Please make sure that you have ticked option "Wipe data and format flash!".

Besides, please go "Amplifier App > Delay > Auto > All" to move the crosshair to the center,
then see if all speakers have sound normally.
