My OEM head unit does have an OEM backup camera and does not have JBL.
Do I need to splice the "BACK" wire in somewhere? It's not connected to anything on the wiring harness.

No, my OEM backup camera was displayed on my entire screen of the stock headunit. I have attached picutres of my stock headunit.

Do you using the CB004 harness,please make sure the CANBUS is connected.
No, the harness in the picture you provided does not connect to the OEM plugs. I am using the other harness that was provided when I purchased the unit.

For your factory radio,you need to use the CB004 harness.

@Support Dasaita Thanks for getting back to me. The CB004 is one of the power cables that came with head unit. I have it already and it does not fit any of the plugs on my 4Runner. The CB004 supports systems with JBL. My vehicle does not have JBL. So I am using the CB005-1 power cable. Do you know which wire on the CB005-1 power cable I need to tap into in order to make my oem camera work?

For your radio,please use the CB004,no matter you have the JBL or not.
CB005-1 is for the JBL system.
If the CB004 cable is not suitable for your car,please take a video or some pic to show which part is not fit,so that we could better confirm.
