Did you set a password on Valet Lock??
I did set a password...so if I have apps running while locked and I swap down on the screen and tab on the window icon, I see the list of open apps. At this time I can select anyone of the and access. The system without unlocking.

①Vivid13 Version(20250217)：Make Sure your unit is QCM6125 Andorid 13
1.Download the documents through the link on your computer/laptop.
(Do not rename and Unzip the file)
2.Format the USB drive(FAT32 Format) before copying the Update.zip file to it, then insert it to the USB cable,and it will pop out the firmware updating tips on the screen.
(Tick the option"Wipe data and format flash")
Would this version work with my DSP system? It was updated with a version provided by Dasaita support last summer to vivid 13 from vivid 12.

So I did try it.... As I expected, the update is for DTS systems....mine is DSP It didn't work. I will reinstall the older version that was sent to me last year.
@ZAKI KADOURA Actually the Android 12 can't update to the Android 13
So last year Dasaita support helped me fix an issue I had at that time.... They provided me with this special version of vivid 13 to replace my G12 software... So I did get an update from android 12 to android 13 and that special vivid 13 copy is so far working great except with that glitch with valet Lock... I can survive with it... Not that big of a deal to fix it.

For your information, Vivid 13 is DTS system . Your unit is DSP system.
You updated the Vivid 13 DTS, so your DSP system can't work on your unit.
True, that is why I reverted back to the initial vivid 13 I was provided with last August since it support DSP.

You could try to update to back your original vivid 13, it is the latest version.
We've stopping update the vivid 13 DSP version.
