Zlink (Carplay) issue on 2018 Honda Civic.

  I have recently updated Zlink and everything to lastest. I have had this issue for few years now but I have used it like that. I need these functionality new so I am bring this up.

   

  Model: PX6

  Andriod Version: Andriod 11

  Firmware Version: rk3399

  Issue 1:  When I use phone without car play the mic is decent enough for the other person to hear me talk. When I am using the carplay and on phone. It picks up so much noise like AC and car noise the other person on phone cant uderstand me at all. I also have the external mic connected.

  Issue 2: When I get a phone call I cannot use steering wheel answer button to answer the phone nor can I use end butoon. when I press end it registers as back. I would like to keep steering wheel control.

   

  How do I fix these issue?

  @Ragu Neopaney Hi Ragu,

   please go Settings>About machine and provide the following version information:

  1.A clear photo of the stereo's Build Number.

  2.A clear photo of the stereo's MCU version.
