Looking for Expert here in Los Angeles...


  • Looking for some who can help with newly acquired vehicle. It's a Volvo 2010 XC60 with a head unit installed. Car was purchased through dealer so they don't know how to troubleshoot. Issues are hearing sound and being able to use the microphone. Using an iPhone 14 with ZLINK v 5.3.31 on Android 13. First time using this sort of thing and spent several hours trying to pair phone with system via Bluetooth and USB and they pair, carplay syncs but I'm at a loss with the audio. Spotify is up and running, I can play, I see it progressing, but no audio. Or I receive or make a call and I can hear but they can't hear me or sometimes vice versa. Spent many hours so far with no progress on resolving the issues. If anyone who is very familiar with this system and lives in Los Angeles and has the time to help troubleshoot I would be glad to pay for your assistance.

    Just would like to confrim is only not any audio on Carplay?

    May we know if is the local music working well?

    Please try to turn up the volume on your phone .

    Hello,

    For no sound on Carplay,please go AUX settings or Audio Settings to check the related settings.
