If you speed are below 10 km/h, then will the launcher always switch to the dial/phone app.
If you drive above 10 km/h, then it stays in the app you have open eg. google maps.

I was able to replicate the issue. If you update Vivid 11 with the "Combine" update posted and install the Scout APK, you will get the Dasaita screen after reboot and a none functional unit.
The fix is to enter in recovery mode and factory reset.

Also, could you post the previous Vivid 11 firmware OTA without the Scout combine please.

@Zeek World Thanks for the warning. That sucks the Scout APK messed up your Vivid 11 Combined install. At least you were able to get it back with a factory reset. Better QA is needed with these releases though.
With my Vivid 10 Combined firmware and the Scout APK installed, my unit is still running okay (so far).

I have to find a way to downgrade to Android 10 from 11, looks like Dasaita pulled their video and full images from here, I may have to contact them direcly since I purchased the unit from them.
Another reason to downgrade to Android 10 is I have the darn bluetooth module which in theory Dasaita says is not compatible with Android 11 and can't use standby since unit has to cold boot with every restart to connect to phone. Painfull.
Woudn't mind switching to Scout but first I need to downgrade to Android 10.
@Zeek World Yeah the cold boot each time sure isn't ideal, and with Android 11 the bootup times were longer for me than Android 10.
Iker Gomez posted a complete walkthrough that was used to rollback to Android 10 after an 11 firmware update was incorrectly labeled as 10 earlier in the year.

Correct, like I wrote before.
If you have Vivid 11 updated with the latest combine ota and install the Scout APK you will get stuck at Dasaita logo on the next reboot.
You guys should try to replicate this and perhaps pull the latest ota combine update so other user's won't hit the same issue.

Apps like Spotify/Gmaps crash and close unexpectedly and I can't get Carplay to work with ZLINK.
@Support Dasaita I am trying to update my Vivid 11 unit, because it is having some problems (about 1 in 3 times I start the car, the screen does not show and none of the functions seem to work except for the backup camera.

After the update, I am being asked to run the Scout setup, which then gets stuck at the point where it is trying to set up wifi. I don't have any instructions for how to do that, and it just spins at that point.
