When I use Carplay for make a iphone calls, an interruption occurred after a few seconds (maybe it's a new version Zlink's bug?). Is it possible to install a Zlink different version?

Edit 12/03/2022 : I Installed the last Vivid release (20220307) and now my iphone calls work fine ... I confirm that the issue was Zlink, infact in the last Vivid release is included Zlink 4.0.39 (instead of 4.0.37) and the issue disappeared.
