Hi, I am also having issues with no bluetooth and china time not being able to be changed or at least stay after being changed. This is an android 11 stereo for a nissan rogue. right now the time won't stay, bluetooth will not recognize anything, nor will the wifi turn on, it initially did when I installed it, now nothing

As tried to configure it in Factory Settings, from there you can change the Bloutud
@John Covert Hey! I got the exact same issue as you for my Qashqai (Rogue Sport for americans)
heres the update you need to install in order to solve the problem:

however, for me the problem as been continuing but it connects more often and the timezone is ok now. Uncompress the file, install on a usb and connect it to the car. I hope the issue will be soon fully solved!
