I have contacted support several times with images and video, but no answer.
My Dasaita MAX10 in my NissanQuashqai J11 stopped display on the screen. There is just a black screen with some white/green pixels on top of the screen and the backlight is working. In case I use HDMI, there is shown desktop audio system on the external monitor, and by touch, on the black screen, I can work with it. So probably there is a problem with the video controller of the main screen.
My MAX10 is just one year old, so I have to repair it (out of warranty, just two months).
Is there somebody who can give me a hint about what I can replace (and where I can buy it)?
It seems to me that Dasaita does not want to care about customers. Maybe it was a terrible choice to buy this audio system.
