  Verizon customer service asked for the imei of the device and they checked in their database and came to the conclusion that the device is not compatible with verizon wireless.

  @Support Dasaita I dont know because my phone uses an esim and I requested a new sim with a dedicated line just for my head unit to run off. Thats why I was sent a physical sim card only.

  Also when I did the update it wiped out all my settings, apps installed, etc.... very annoying having to reinstall everything again..

  @Support Dasaita I have a verizon SIM and its not connecting me to the internet. It shows that my head unit is reading it but cannot connect. I have a g12 qcm6125
