  Thank you. This resolved the stuck logo screen, but now android auto doesn't work. My phone will connect via Bluetooth and it will start playing then no sound but it's still connected and running.

  I followed the directions from another thread. 1) remove stereo fuse for 3 min, replaced it with a new fuse 2) turn car on to acc while holding reset button 3) selected reboot and its still stuc...
