I followed the directions from another thread.
1) remove stereo fuse for 3 min, replaced it with a new fuse
2) turn car on to acc while holding reset button
3) selected reboot and its still stuck on the dasaita logo screen.
Holding reset here just shuts off the screen. When I turn it back on the logo remains.

Tips:
1.
Download above update file via your computer/laptop.
2.
Format USB drive to FAT32 Format.
3.
Copy the file “update.zip” to the root directory of USB drive.
4.
Press and hold RST button via pin to enter the factory reset page,
tap "Wipe data/factory reset" firstly.
5.
Insert USB drive into the unit via USB cable,
then tap "Apply update from SD card or USB" to start update.

Thank you. This resolved the stuck logo screen, but now android auto doesn't work. My phone will connect via Bluetooth and it will start playing then no sound but it's still connected and running.
