We are pleased to provide you with instructions for optimizing the assembly of our universal unit, which consists of two parts.
Please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth and efficient installation process:
1. Connect the OEM brackets to our frame: Carefully attach the OEM brackets to the designated areas on our frame. Ensure that they are securely fastened in place.
1) Make sure the round hole is on the top.
2) Screw the 4 screws to connect the frame with the brackets.
3) Pry these pieces out on both 2 sides.
4)Screw 2 screws to connect the brackets with the main unit.
2. Connect the screen to the main unit: Establish a connection between the screen and the main unit. Pay close attention to aligning the panel and head unit precisely, leaving no gaps between them. This alignment is crucial for the optimal functioning of the unit.
3. Secure the screen: Utilize the provided screws to secure the screen firmly in place. Insert and tighten the 4 bolts to stabilize the screen and prevent any unnecessary movement during operation.
