I purchased this Dasaita Android 12 Car Stereo for Nissan X-Trail Qashqai Rogue 2014-2020, and after installing, I have the following:
- The bluetooth (both carplay and android auto) music DOES NOT work for the car speakers
- Wire music from phone (both carplay and android auto) DOES NOT work for the car speakers
- The bluetooth phone call audio works for the car speakers
- The back camera and 360 view work, but the front camera signal does not look like it's being picked up
- The steering volume controls work correctly
- The open car door alert works correctly

The main issue is not receiving audio from carplay or android auto, unless it's a phone call. Can anyone please help fix this issue?

Hi there, regarding to the issue of the 360, we are wondering if you could go to Settings > Car > Factory settings > enter 126 > Canbus and make sure you choose "10" and change the Key mode to "AVM1" /"AVM4" or "AVM5" then change the Type to "1 Type Hi".
As to the Carplay audio issue, do you mean that it has no sound(neither the audio nor the carplay call has any sound) Could you please shot a video to further demonstrate your issue so that we could diagnose accordingly.
Hi! The 360 View actually works fine, sorry for the misunderstanding.
For Carplay / AndroidAuto, I mean that audio like music from spotify doesn't work, but audio from phone calls does work. I'll shoot a video and share here in a minute

The spotify music has no audio even tho the track is going, and the bluetooth phone call audio works through the speakers, as well as the radio audio.
@Thomas Cox We are wondering if you could go to Settings > System and then Factory reset the head unit to check if the Carplay audio work. If not, we may need a firmware update.
I just performed a factory reset and still no music audio, where can I find the proper firmware files to perform the firmware update?

But unfortunately I am still not receiving any music audio. Is there another update file I could try?
Also, is it possible that it's a system setting? Since the phone audio works for both wired and bluetooth carplay and android auto, but not music for any. Is there a setting that disables media audio but not phone call audio I could try?
@Support Dasaita I've also tried disconnecting the radio, disconnecting the battery, and then reconnecting both after waiting a few mins to see if a full restart would help, but still no media audio.
Is anyone able to help me further to fix this issue? I'll need to reinstall the old radio before going on a roadtrip tomorrow if I'm unable to fix this issue, so any help here is much appreciated!

@Thomas Cox Hi, one more question, we are wondering if you have changed the phone to another to check if the carplay audio or the android auto audio have the same issue. We want to exclude the issue that associate with the phone.
Yes, I've tried on both my android phone (android auto), and on an iphone (car play)
Also, if there's any way to resolve the issue within the next 8-10 hrs it would be greatly appreciated!
@Thomas Cox The manufaturer said that they also need a video to demonstrate the situation that you mentioned more detailedly. When you are in Carplay, you could use the phone but could not hear any sound from the audio or video app, when you quit Carplay, you could hear sound from both bluetooth call and the audio or video app. Your cooperation will be appreciated.
I just tried using carplay and now it looks like both the media audio and call audio do not work, does that indicate a different kind of issue?
