  I just tried using carplay and now it looks like both the media audio and call audio do not work, does that indicate a different kind of issue?

  @Support Dasaita I've also tried disconnecting the radio, disconnecting the battery, and then reconnecting both after waiting a few mins to see if a full restart would help, but still no media audi...
