Hello again. In case anyone who owns a 2013-2017 Honda Accord EX/EX-L models and wants the FM/AM radio to work, I was able to use an external antenna as an alternative solution since our models do not have the proprietary radio plug in the front of the dash (it's wired towards the trunk for some reason, assuming due to the setup of the stock tochscreen unit. This doesn't seem to be the case for LX/Sport models and the plug is located in the dashboard).
I bought this antenna for cheap and it's been working as intended.
I know we shouldn't have to buy our own parts to get these features to work or it may be possible to directly ask Dasaita to include an external radio antenna with our purchase, but it's a solution for anyone needing this feature.
