Hello, I have my system for some time now, and it is giving me a crash error on some installed apps. I ran all google play updates and still. Some navigation apps from the google play store do not work after install, they just crash. google maps, waze, and any other I installed. I was wondering, Can the PX6 be upgraded to the latest android? if so, what would be the right aproach into installing it??? can i get the files to upgrade? currently, my system has android 10 on it. See included pictures. Any help is greatly appreciated.
@Wandy Rodriguez We have a newer Max10 firmwaren.

Vivid 10 Version: Make Sure your unit is PX6 Andorid 10(The left widget's map could be customized, suggest Google Map and Scout Map.)
You could follow the instruction to update it.

If you don't want to deal with updates, try disabling Android Webview. This is a known issue and seems to stop crash or connectivity issues. Just go into settings, select apps, show all and select Android Webview. From there, you can disable it or revert to the original version. To revert and remove the current update, select the 3 dot menu on the upper right corner and select revert to factory. This should temporarily fix the issue as the app will automatically update on its own, but you can always remove the update again. From my understanding and research, updating your system and firmware may not fix this issue, unless the issue has been resolved in these latest updates.
Thank you for the fast response. I did the upgrade, everything went smooth, but now my iphone cannot conect to either bluetooth or USB for car play. I reset the network and bluetooth settings trying to solve the issue and still does not work. I tried different Iphone and would not connect either.
@Juan Perez thank you for your reply... I did the update and now i am without bluetooth.. lol
Forgot to mention, even after changing the bluetooth name, it still shows up as FeasyBluetoothwareTestver and not the name that I set or the default CAR-KIT.
@Wandy Rodriguez Please go to Factory Settings > enter 126 > App and let us know the BT module that has been chosen.
@Wandy Rodriguez We are wondering if you could update it to a previous one 20230302 which is more stable.

@Support Dasaita that one gives me a signature verification error and does not install.
@Wandy Rodriguez Have you unzip the file and make sure that the name of the update file is update.zip. If you did but no luck, please kindly let us know the verification error and we will look into and give you instruction accordingly.
@Support Dasaita no, I did not unzip it, and yes to the name change. I used safari in mac to download it and change the name, then google chrome... then edge in windows and then chrome in windows and all had the same results.... Can i buy another bluetooth module for the radio? which one is copatible with it???
PS. I used the white USB connector to connect my iphone and that is the only USB that carplay works with. with the others I get an errors..
@Wandy Rodriguez We would like to tell you that only the single USB supports wired CarPlay and Android auto, we did write this notice on the Installation guides.
By the way, have you change the name of the update file toupdate.zip as out head unit could just recognize this file before proceeding the upadte?
@Support Dasaita I changed the name after download, each time i tried a different browser, and still got the signature verification error. not sure what else to do other than maybe chaging the bluetooth module to a better one. If you can point me out to one that works with this radio i would apreciate it. Also, I need to buy a GSM modem for it, and notice Dasaita no longer has any for this radio on the store, I need an LTE G4 copatible one, can you point me out to the right direction>??
@Wandy Rodriguez Sorry that the bluetooth model is soldered on the mother board so we don't have an recommended one. As to the update step, we would like to tell you that it need to unzip if the file name is not update.zip. If you unzip the file and get a folder, change the name instead of unzipping it.
