@Support Dasaita
Ever since I bought my G12 unit I have been having battery issues with my car, a 2016 Toyota Rav4. Sometimes I will drive it at night then go out in the morning and the battery is dead and the car won't start so I have to jump it to start it. I have replaced the car battery but the issue is still happening. I like to keep the shutdown delay setting on Auto Sleep but even when I have changed it to turn off immediately after I turn off my car I still have the issue with my battery. I have attached a picture of my system versions.
@Michael Uribe Hi customer, we may need your assistance to measure the current of the B+ to exclude the leakage of your battery.
Please follow these steps to test the B+ current:
- Set your multimeter to the DC current range at 20A. Insert the red probe into the 20A current slot on the multimeter.
- Disconnect the B+ power line from your car.
- Connect the red and black probes of the multimeter to the two ends of the disconnected B+ line. Power on the system, and the current should show around 1A.
- Turn off the car engine and measure the current again.
- If the current is only in the range of 10-20mA, it is considered normal, and the issue is not related to our car stereo.
- If the current is in the range of tens or hundreds of mA, there is a power leakage in the navigation system. In this case, you need to check the internal power supply components of the navigation system for any faults.
Please let us know the results of your tests so we can assist you further.

@Michael Uribe Could you please send us video or photos to demonstrate the whole process?
@Michael Uribe
in my opinoin, your issue is a clear symptom of a dead battery. Check your battery health for a new battery.
Dasaita units have an algorithm (AFAIK) that monitors your input voltage. If the voltage decays the unit shuts off to prevent dead batteries.
if, despite of shutting off, your car can not start, probably your battery is coming into death and requires a inminent replacement.
If not replaced you can receive false faulty errors in car system and, in the worst scenario lead to damage any car electronics.
Do the checkings that @Support Dasaita suggested to confirm your battery's health
