2012 Toyota Tundra. Dasaita 10.2 Link/Carplay Unit does not boot, only flashes "11 Navigation System"

  • WTF @Dasaita Official ? This is my second unit I bought that literally crapped out in the same 3 month window as the first one. Same problem, same zero solution. I even did them a favor and bought myself A SECOND unit after the first failure and miserable experience trying to trouble shoot the first situation.

Here is what I am dealing with.

    2012 Toyota Tundra Dasaita 10.2 Link/Carplay Unit

50% of the time the screen will flash the "11 navigation system" then go dark. No sounds when pressing buttons, cannot go to the main zlink or system startup menu, nothing. All I can do is use a pin for the reboot to get to the internal function which even after trying to upload the MCU and the Update, it also fails. So I know the screen works and there is power etc.

I tried to boot to factory settings and went through all options. It's as if the actual OS got wiped off the unit. I cant even access the interface to change wifi/bluetooth settings. I have check and pulled all the fuses, unplugged the battery. I tried new MCU and updates, Yes I had the correct update. Yes I formatted the drive. I have furiously researched all the forums of all @Dasaita Official your tips and nothing works. I spent around a $1,000 dollars for both units to be faulty. These products should not be this much a nightmare. This is ridiculous.
