For your information, our headunit have a HDMI output port to connect HDMI cable.
Please make sure that you connection is correctly.
To further verify whether your HDMI device is compatible with our headunit, please provide your device product link if possible.

@Drew Krupp Please try to power off the car then connected that cable to the screen to see how it work.
@Support Dasaita So pull the head unit out, unplug the HDMI, replug it in, and then turn the car on?
