I need assistance,
Bought and installed 3 days ago and I never got no sounds during any calls. Tried rebooting my Iphone 13 and the audio unit still no change.
I also get a thump noise from the speakers when turning on and off the acc of the vehicle.
I am wondering If i have a defective product? Or any software updates? Anything helps.
eveythingelse works so far.
Please before I make any return.

1.Download the files via link on computer.
2.Copy to the USB driver and insert to the USB cable
3.Go Settings>System>MCU updated

but I still have no sounds during calls. I cannot hear them, they can't hear me. I mostly use carplay. I tried unpairing and resetting both phones and the unit still the same issue.

that MCU update is for G12 or G13?. You never asked for which model of headunit had the customer.
I have G12 under Android13. Is there any MCU upgrade for the G12unit? I currently have some microphoone issues;
The microphone works ONLY for calls, but never worked for any Android app, I cant use the google assistant
@Iker Gomez they should be aware that I have G13. And I don't think we have the same issue?

For the phoning call no sound, the sound of Jeelp with JBL comes from the rear speaker, while the voice of the Dasaita unit comes from the front speaker.
