Got an over the air update yesterday and I cannot access the "Recent Apps" as it doesn't scroll, renders this portion unusable:

Got an over the air update yesterday and I cannot access the "Recent Apps" as it doesn't scroll, renders this portion unusable:
This is for a 2017 4Runner using the Scout 10.
I'VE decided to purchase and use Car Launcher Pro as the UI is much better. However, Scout is still trying to launch after every reboot even with Car Launcher Pro set as the default. Going to the Scout app settings, disabled is greyed out.
Is there a way to disble this app from launching completely? Every 15 minutes I would get an error saying Scott is trying to launch but is unable to. Thanks @Quick Yuan
