Installed per the included instructions and everything is working (wifi etc.) but I am not getting any audio from the unit at all. I assume this had to do with my Ex-T trim having an amp possibly? Any clue on how I'm supposed to modify the harness to account for this?

1)If your unit has an integrated amplififer...you must check that you received a Canbus Box
2) Configure correctly the canbus on Factory Settings (password 126)
Hi. Just installed g12 in my 2018 ext. it has an amplifier. I am also not getting any sound. It came with the cambus and using 21. Do I need a different harness?

I am having the same issue no sound. Canbus is on 21. Anyone have a solution
