Just a month ago, i had this problem:

where i was stuck in bootloop and was able to use the reset button and upgrade the system to a file dasaita told me to download. That worked.
Since then i never connected to internet and suddenly the unit will not boot. Only the lights on the left turn on.
Reset button does not work at all. holding for 20s etc does nothing.
i tried removing the radio fuse for a few mins and put it back in, no difference.
Please help.

I have tried resetting while turning on the car nothing
I tried removing radio fuse 5 mins and putting back, nothing again

Did you ever get this resolved? I am having the same issue. resetting doesn't work.
@Rosemarie Spiher Did you mean that your stereo which was black screen and the touched lights still ignite? You tried to reset to get it work but it didn't.

It was purchased on Amazon and I have basically been told that this unit is no longer in production and that I can ship back to China at my expense! Worst customer service ever.
