I've had my head unit for over a year with little problems. However, starting yesterdayI can't get WIFI to turn on. BT works fine. I did a factory reset and that didn't help. Not sure where to go from here. Should I do a firmware update? Unit is a PX6 android 10. TIA.
@Albert Gleichauf Sorry for the inconvenience. We are wondering if you can further demonstrate the issue that you mentioned by shooting a video so that we can better locate the issue or forward to our manufacurer for further diagnosis.

@Albert Gleichauf We are wondering if you have tools and abilities to dismentle the case and replug the core board and similar issue has been resolved by plug and replug the core board. Here is an instruction.

Suddenly this same problem occured after using my HU for 3 years. I couldn't turn on wifi from the settings at all. I solved the problem from the seytings without any hardware dismantling/repluging though so wanted to share others who have the same problem. Go to factory settings and change the GPS setting from GPS Glonass to GPS BD. Save and allow the unit to restart. Once it restarted the wifi option could be made on again. You can go back to the same settings and change back to Glonass again.
