@Mr Pink Its brutal - they asked me for the same information - that was 12days ago, still no reply from them. I've been waiting since Dec to get a resolution. Absolute horrible after sales service....

I have a similar issue - Wifi works pretty well, but BT doesn't work at all. Like the OP, I too have tried every single BT setting, but its currently back on WQ-RF210 - no adjustment ever resolved....
I too am at that point - I have tried for 3 months to get support - something as basic as getting bluetooth to work, but its been an absolute horrible experience so far. :(
