- Check for GPS Signal: Verify if the GPS has a signal.
- Perform GPS Signal Detection: Click on the GPS signal detection option.
- If Signal Exists: If a signal is detected, proceed to reinstall a new map or enable the mobile WiFi hotspot.
- No GPS Signal: If there is no GPS signal, exit the garage and test the GPS interface voltage while on the road.
- Voltage Check: Ensure that the voltage reads and show a photo to our customer service to check if the voltage is compatible or not at the GPS interface; if none, you may need to replace the GPS antenna.
