Regarding to your issue, we suggest that you can firstly try to press and hold the RST button by pin for 15 seconds to enter the factory setting interface to do the factory reset.

@Support Dasaita Thank you for the response on my earlier issue. I have reached out to support as well and recieved the latest firmware updat for my head unit. new issue that sprung up after the update, carplay worked for about 2 days and will not connect anymore. Bluetooth will connect and play audio, but carplay app does not load.

Please try to reset network settings on your phone then see if it can connect CarPlay successfully.
Steps:
Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
