I just replaced my OEM head unit with the G13. Everything works except the backup cam. I have a 2018 4Runner, I'm using the CB004-X harness using the 4 plug (not the 4-1 because there's no matching connection) and connected to the camera jack on that plug to the Cam-in of the A cable bundle.
I did try the other camera plug even though I was sure it woiuldn't work and I was correct.
Need help. Thank you.
I also looked for the "reverse prohibited" setting but didn't see it under Car > Factory Settings > Other like on previous versions (G10, 11, 12) of the unit.
Same, though Im having this issue with my Nissan with an Android 12 unit. Just been waiting on support to get back to me... its been a couple weeks.

Here are the troubleshootings:
1.Please note to connect the CANBUS ,see the picture for reference:
2.Please go settings>car>factory settings(password:126)> canbus> choose "NO.8" >apply>exit.
If not luck,please take a picture of showing the screen when you put the car in reverse.

Also, my unit is currently stuck in a reboot loop. I can't get to the settings at this time. How can I get the unit to fully load so I can?
