  • @Oswaldo Risson We are wondering if you can further demonstrate the issue of bluetooth, you can let us know if there is any indicator on the screen, or it's hard to connect your phone via bluetooth, so that we can better locate your problem and provide other solution. 

    Please let us know if you have upgraded the version that we launch on May, have you upgraded the MCU in the meanwhile?

    It will be helpful if you can let us know your order number and shopping platform if possible.

  • i have the same issue as @Oswaldo Risson, just upgraded from telenav_vivid_rk3399_10.0_ota(20220617) which was giving me issues with random ding sounds on bluetooth phonecalls to telenav_vivid_rk3399_10.0_ota(20230525) and i keep getting the bluetooth stopped working window popping up. this didnt happen on the 20220617 version

    i have the vivid max 10 PX6 unit, i had to go back to the previous version due to bluetooth stopping issue


  • @Paul Carroll Do you mean that you update the Android 10 to an Android 11 version? We would like to tell you that it may cause malfunction as the core board is not that same which means the firmware maybe not such compatible.

    No as stated (i listed the versions i downloaded and installed) i am still on Android 10, i just upgraded my version which was 20220617 to the latest version which has the Bluetooth has stopped working window popping up all the time.

    I have since downgraded back to version 20220617 and the Bluetooth error doesnt happen

  • I have the same issue as @Paul Carroll, @Jose Castaneira & @Oswaldo Risson after upgrading my PX6 to the latest firmware telenav_vivid_rk3399_10.0_ota(20230525). This issue was not present with the previous firmware.


  • @Jon Fitz We have reflected the issue to our technician and they are trying their best to diagnose the firmware. Once we receive their reply, we will give you further instruction.


  • Witam. Też mam od pewnego czasu ten problem z wyskakującym komunikatem że bluetootch wciąż przestaje działać. W moim radiu PX6, rk3399, MAX10, 1280x720 z AA i CP mam wersję oprogramowania którą mi przesłało wsparcie dasaity z 20230414 i radio z tą aktualizacją działało bezproblemowo. Mimo tego komunikatu bluetootch działa prawidłowo , można bez problemu wykonywać połaczenia telefoniczne. Aby pozbyć sie tego wyskakujacego komunikatu że bluetootch wciąż przestaje działać trzeba w telefonie sparowanym z radiem wyłączyć aplikacje Android Auto. Ten komunikat o bluetootch pojawił się po jednej z kolejnych aktualizacji Android Auto. Więc problem z tym komunikatem leży najprawdopodobniej po stronie aplikacji Android Auto , Car Play i oczywiście aplikacji Zlink. Pozdrawiam.
