@Nicola Frau Please do not upgrade Max10 to Vivid11 as there will be risky. You can upgrade Max10 to Vivid10 which is supported. You can kindly confirm if your item is Android10, PX6 and you can send us the built number in the about machine page, we can double confirm the version for you.
