@Pablo Molina Normally scout launcher could search your bluetooth by refreshing the page. If you couldn't, you could send us a photo and record the issue.

@Paul Wood yea, same here, this will be a perfect machine if they can fix this issue. i believed the internal mic of the unit is causing the issue.

I did not. I returned the unit & bought the newer (G12) version. The new one worked out of the box with no problems.

From my understanding it can only be upgraded by updating your firmware/system software. It is not meant to be an app that end users can update.
