For some reason when using the radio the sound does not come through the speakers properly. Randomly you may hear sound in the front but not the back or the side speakers and not the back etc. I do not have any issues with the sound when using the carplay only the radio. I double checked all the wire connections and nothing is loose.

Do you mean the sound issue only happen when you are listen to the raido? The sound is work correctly when using carplay?

Yes, the sound quality is poor only when using the radio. Sound quality is fine when using carplay. I'm using the default radio app.

Could you please send a video of showing the issue of the radio sound quality?so that we could better confirm.
If there any static sound on there?
