Hi, I bought a Dasaita G13 Toyota Corolla unit last year (order SP-DA5548). Everything was working fine to this day. This morning I started the car and the screen didnt turn on. No screen, no sound and the phone didn't connect to bluetooth so I would assume the unit completely died. I tried to press the reset button, disconnect and reconnect the car battery and it didnt do anything. I have also checked fuses and all are good.
I had installed 20250311 firmware, not sure about the MCU, but i think it was "4.15?"? And it was running without any problem for few weeks since the update.
Could you please help me with this issue? Would it be possible to replace the unit as a part of warranty?

Sorry for the late reply. Please press and hold the RST panel button by pin for 15 seconds to enter the factory setting interface to do the factory reset.
Here are some tips to help you get the work done:
1.Remove the car’s Radio fuse and wait for 3 minutes.
2.Reinsert the fuse and simultaneously start the car’s ACC while you are pressing the reset button of the unit until recovery menu appear.

Hi, hard for me to believe it but this actually worked and radio started. Thanks so much. Any idea why this happened and how to prevent it in future?

Yes, the random shutdown issue is still happening even after updating to firmware version 20250331.
I also noticed that the fan app shows the unit running at around 60°C to 65°C, even though this G13 unit does not have a fan installed. I'm not sure if the temperature reading is accurate or if it's contributing to the shutdowns, but I wanted to mention it in case it's relevant.
Please let me know what the next steps might be to resolve this.

When the fan app shows the unit running at around 60°C to 65°C, could you go Settings>Car>Factory Settings>Password: hcttest31 to check the temperature ?

Our technical support would like to test and check this app.
The FAN app came pre-installed on the Dasaita G13 and is not available on the Google Play Store. It's part of the system software.
