Hi. I have a Nissan Qashqai 2017 with Dasaita vivid 11 with the last update. Cameras work properly while the software is loading, after that image disapear. CarPlay works ok but without images to park, sound radar works. I can't get the steering wheel controls to work either. What should I do? Is it an MCU problem or something? Thanks
Hi everyone. I have a 2017 Qashqai and a Max11. With the latest software version listed on the page. The cameras work properly while the software is loading. Afterwards CarPlay works properly, but the images disappear when parking. Only the lines, dark screen and radar sounds It seems that the software cannot manage the cameras. I also cannot control the device from the steering wheel. What should I do? Do I need to update the MC Uo something like that? Thanks

Tips:
1.
Download above update file via your computer/laptop.
2.
Format USB drive to FAT32 Format.
3.
Copy the file “update.zip”&“hmcu.img” to the root directory of USB drive.
4.
Insert USB drive into the unit via USB cable;
then it will pop up automatically a window of update.
Alternatively, please manually go "Settings > System > System updates/MCU updates" to start the update.
***NOTE:
Please make sure that you have ticked option "Wipe data and format flash!".

Regarding to your issue, we suggest that you can firstly try to use a Pin/Paperclip to press and hold the RST Button for 15 seconds to enter the recovery interface to do the factory reset.
(Tap "Wipe data/factory reset" > "Factory data reset" > "Reboot the system now".)
